Being the Change

Target: R5000

â€œMy mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” — Maya Angelou

Hand in hand for Cerebral Palsy

Target: R3000

Being a therapist is more than just helping people with disabilities or "teaching" them how to be "normal." It is about increasing an individual's quality of life even if it was only for a minute.

Malamulele Onward Fundraiser

Target: R5000

I am raising funds for Malamulele Onward with a dual purpose :)

1. They are an awesome NGO dedicated to providing therapeutic services to children and families who are affected by Cerebral Palsy and might otherwise not have access to these services.

CP for CP

Target: R2000

When contemplating whether I should attend Malamulele Onward course in 2017 my mother mentioned that CP (cerebral palsy) and my names (Carmen Particia) share initials. I brushed off the correlation but looking back this organisation established a foundation on which I build on daily.

Step it up for Cerebral Palsy

Target: R8000

Life with cerebral palsy (CP) can be very frustrating to family members, parents and the child with CP, sometimes it can be significantly important to get a little pick-me-up from health care professionals and communities to support the families/parents. Please kindly help us improve the quality of life of children with CP and their families by donating what you can. For more information visit www.cpchildren.org

APT Start Up Campaign

Target: 90 APT chairs

Imagine that from the comfort of your own home, you could create opportunities for employment and assist people living in rural communities to kick start their own businesses and at the same time ensure that children with Cerebral Palsy living in those communities receive the postural seating devices that they require and currently do not have access to. If this sounds great, check out our APT campaign and start making this picture a reality today …
